A group of guys have arranged a deal with the owners of Modernage Construction, LLC to use their Company's Beautiful 4000 sq ft. office space to hold Private Informational Compassion club meetings. The building is totally renovated and very comfortable to relax in. The meetings will be held at 4490 Dixie Hwy in Waterford.

Membership fee is required for Private Meetings.
A free Public Meeting will be held the last Thursday of each month with free food and drinks from 11am-4pm

Why is there always a membership fee,,why can't u just charge like 2 bucks at door to cover rental space costs..?
