note articles 3,e and 3,i (under definitions) in the mmma act....it clearly states that the use of med mj for debilitating conditions, OR THE SYMPTOMS OF THAT DISABILITY is qualifying...your disability(if its depression, anxiety, or bipolar) doesnt have to qualify you....but your symptoms certainly...

I have had chronic myofascial pain and neuropathic pain for six years. I took anti-seizure drugs to help with the pain in the nerves and had weekly trigger point injections for years.
