note articles 3,e and 3,i (under definitions) in the mmma act....it clearly states that the use of med mj for debilitating conditions, OR THE SYMPTOMS OF THAT DISABILITY is qualifying...your disability(if its depression, anxiety, or bipolar) doesnt have to qualify you....but your symptoms certainly can...chronic pain from stress, depression, migraines, nasea, loss of appetite, etc. we are already making progress my friends...call your chosen med mj clinic and talk to someone, if these symptoms are chronic in nature the cause has little impact on your qualifications if any.
