Control of dispensation is the main problem for legalization efforts along with pulling appart discriminatory law . I find it interesting a Insurance mogul would back legalization . Every regulation has unintended consequences that harms someone with legitimate needs under medical use . I believe in legalization but any restrictions will just prolong a " war " which injures and divides . The driving issue is going to be a pivitol one . If you can't drive you are very limited in our society . Personal grow rights will be another if you can't grow for medical use most won't be able to access and benefit .
