Hi all! I too am having difficulty getting my garden started and was very pleased when I discovered there were dispensaries available. My concern was that I knew they were operating on the fringes of the law. Alas they were all closed as a result. The farm markets are the last refuge but limited locations and days don't work for people like me. I read the blogs and don't really hear much about new legislative ammendments that would make dispensaries possible. I'm all for fighting the good fight and believe it should continue, but I also think that ammedning the law is the only way to resolve the issue for patients and leo. The law has been in effect for some time and the idea of law ammendments should should have been considered shortly thereafter. Bloggers complaints are legitimate and should be considered and respected, but we need to make a serious push to create and regulate legal dispensaries. My idea of regulation includes patient input so the outrageous pricing and other patient concerns are addressed. Anyone that knows about such legislation should post comments here and those that have ideas about how the laws could be ammended. please contribute. I invite those involved in this legislation to read this blog and ask questions.
Mod Edit: MMMA doesn't support the dispensary model, p2p ruling making them illegal and unsafe for PT's at this time.
