| We invite and encourage everyone to make a small, medium or large contribution to another fund we have established that assists no and low-income patients pay for the MDCH medical marijuana identification card.
We have already heard from several patients who can't afford the $100 application fee set by the Michigan Department of Community Health. Your contribution will make a difference and all funds directed to this cause will be used for the benefit of patients. No amount is too small or too large. We are all volunteers at the MMMA so all of your contribution goes to directly helping the community. Please find it in yourself to give just a little. Please pardon the payment form.
