Take the video link:

 

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qp633lcU9F8

 

And add [media] before the link url, and [/media] after the link url, like so:

[media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qp633lcU9F8[/media]

 

(You can also do this by clicking the Insert Media button in the full editor, and pasting the video link)

 

This will result in this:

 

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qp633lcU9F8

which icon do you click to post youtube clips, I dont remember.      I dont see one that says insert media.   thanks

I always just paste the URL into the box and the "post" button does the rest. If you need to, you can manually wrap the URL with media tags in square brackets.

For some reason after 4 years of just cutting and pasting I get this?

Apperently my board settings are mixed up can you please go in as admin and make sure I didn't screw something up?

Everything seems good. Are your icons active in your editor, or grayed out?

It doesn't look any different than it did before I would just pull the video from the address bar then post it and it would be there now it just shows up as text that you see whats missing?

Mine is the same way, plus there isnt an option to archive the pages anymore.

What I've had to do was to paste the video address to note pad and from there paste

here it and it works fine. Its a bit of a pain but works.

just happy to have a smart 'phone' (somewhat at least) even if the systems software is outdated.
