Those bulbs will more than likely not last very long paired with those ballasts. And I will guarantee they will not last anywhere near the rated hours of operation.

People really need to start doing more research into this stuff. It'll only benefit you in the long run.

HORTILUX bulbs are designed to be operated on magnetic ballasts ONLY. They are not compatible with digital/electronic ballasts. Check the ANSI ratings. Call and talk with a representative from Hortilux to confirm this for yourself if you would like.

Also, please visit 'Sun Pulse Lamps' literature section here - http://www.sunpulsel..._SPVSHPS_B2.pdf - to find out more about bulb compatability.

Sun Pulse Lamps - "Sun Pulse makes the only Digital Lamps for certified HID Electronic & Digital Electronic Ballasts. Sun Pulse Lamps are made with US intellectual properties and the highest quality, globally sourced components."

The fact behind all this is that digital electronic ballast manufacturers do not correlate or communicate with bulb manufacturers. There for, there is a HUGE gap in compatability with standard bulbs and digital electronic ballasts. The bulb manufacturers are many years behind in development compared to ballast manufacturers.

A lot of times many people go on operating standard bulbs in electronic ballasts without issues. Though the bulbs RARELY operate at optimal output for the length of time they are rated for when used in conjunction with digital electronic ballasts. Many people do not actually calculate the hours of operation for their equipment so a lot of these differences and issues go unseen.
