If it happens would more American teenagers begin shooting marijuana leaves into their veins?

Washington,State has been legal. since 1995 I've been a patient since 2003.

YES,Talked to my brother in-law that lives in Washington. Told him to vote for if it gets on the ballot we would be moving next door. Oh maybe shouldn't have told we will be next door to them. lol
