As a medical cannabis user, can I manufacture and possess hash oil legally? Purchase it from other patients who have their cards?

You should be able to do these things. In the manufacture of hash oil there is a law of diminishing returns if you want to stay legal. You start with 2.5 oz of marijuana, reduce it to the hash oil. Now you have a certain amount of oil which would reduce the amount of marijuana you could possess to increase the stash of hash.

Phaq had his hash oil called "black tar heroin" , until they tested it, and it came back positive for THC...lol

But "preparation" is in our law, so edibles, hash, hash oil, should all be legal.
