Confusion is an understatement, and articles like this one are not helping anybody.

 

The article says that doctors can prescribe medical marijuana to patients. Its my understanding that this is not how it works at all. A Dr. recommends its use provided that it will offer some therapeutic or palliative benefit for certain conditions and symptoms. But it is not prescribed. Perhaps I am getting too picky with words, but it seems that's where we are at right now.

 

The people voted for medical use marijuana and the law we got does not seem to be what we asked for.
