Many of us remember John Sinclair as one of the first 'legalization' advocates on the 'front line' in Ann Arbor.

Great find. I remember John from the hash bashes. I did those back when it was held on April Fools Day. I have done a couple since the change to the first Saturday but I am liking crowds less in my old age.

Generally speaking, my autumn visit to the United States during the electoral season was like swimming through a toxic waste dump, and I'm glad to be getting the hell out of here for a while. I'll be in London when you read this, then in Amsterdam for the Cannabis Cup, and I'll report next from over there.

Good stuff, thanks for the link!

Good stuff, thanks for the link!

He's spoiled rotten these days. Hope he made it to his old stompin grounds N.O., LA .

And what he thinks of the real Toxic Swamp they created down there.

Not to mention the only partial restoration efforts from the previous disaster in that area, Katrina. Like they said after 911, "Things will never be the same."

(Oh yeah and good Luck with the book GW. (NOT)) hahaha...

Guess I'll go read his article now...

What did I miss --- John Sinclair caused Hurricane Katrina?

Oh, maybe that bit that sounds like "USA==Toxic Waste Dump". I think he was referring to the art of politics as practiced here, not the country itself.

No my bad. I last remember him living around N.O. before he moved to A-dam a few years ago. Just caught my interest, cause, I dunno but surley he has returned to the area around New Orleans since Katrina? No GW didn't cause it either. But he didn't show much Compassion to that area after their dilemna in August 2005. Now he's (GW) hawking his book 'Blank Points' or something, tooting his accomplishments in the White House. Like first President to approve of / and Perform Torture, etc ....

yeah huh, politics ...

...an da book:
