Am I mistaken or did that ruling just change the whole dynamic of Medical Marijuana prosecutions in the state of Michigan? if the FEDS wont charge a patient ( and a paperwork only patient) and are going to follow the states guidelines for prosecution, how can the state not follow suit. The law is obviously not too "GREY" for the federal government, why is it for Oakland county?
