i had to quit drinking diet coke...i was so addicted to it...
started off on mt dew when i was a kid..then regular soda...then i switched to diet pop in my 20's and then quit pop pretty much all together in my 30's
i was drinking 2 or 3 2-liter bottles every day at work...
it took me months to quit and i had a headache for the better part of 30 days... the sugar substitute, and the caffeine are so powerful..
now i drink clear pop only if i want pop, such as 7-up (my personal fav...because they never had it and never will).
and 1 pot of coffee or less during the day..
also i bought a reverse osmosis filter for my girls(plants) and i can tell u, i am so happy to drink that water its not funny, its negative mineral content make it a awesome catalyst for detoxing my body...
now i challenge myself as of these past 30 days or so to drink 4 glasses every day...it is so difficult to do its not funny....
try drinking 4 glasses of water every day for 30 days...it is very invigorating, but also very difficult to do
Med..Quit them cigarettes right now bro! this minute.... 5 years and then start again....that means u can do it. so go ahead and get er done....
Peace

BTW, this approach worked for my tobacco addiction as well (2.5 packs per day for over 35 years). It is all just mind over matter.
It is like a well disciplined soldier sitting in a fox hole scared to death, the enemy is all aroung, yet he stays his post no matter what. Just quit and get on with your life.
P.S. It took months for me to actually get over the desire, only a few days to break the addiction. It is hard man, just turn up the music and rock on. Good luck to ya.

For good health you need a good metabolism. you also need to keep a neutral or alkaline ph level in your body. it has been proven the caners thrive in an acidic body nature, and can not live in a alkaline body enviroment. Your metabolism can and usually is effected by anything your body has inside, and sometimes outside of it.. a proper diet can greatly improve your bodies PH levels, as well as your metabolism. Coupled with as much exercise you can get, is very beneficial to a persons drive, self esteem and general overall good health.
Drink Coffee, as plain coffee is you can. its good for you and your metabolism. Bitter items are a good source to shift your bodies Ph level towards the alkaline Ph Levels.
Any of our members with cancer ever have your Ph levels checked? I would be interested to see what it is if anyone is willing to share their info...
Cannabis is also know to help the body naturally regulate your Metabolism.
Food for thought.

6 liters in 2 days - considering you slept about 10 to 16 hours of those 48 hours - 38 to 32 hours was left to drink a total of THREE 2 liter bottles of Pepsi. I can imagine diabetes in your future if you continue.
It is not the caffeine, it is the corn syrup, fake asz drink with all those chemicals. You can drink caffeine in teas and coffees without ill effects.
Everything in life has to be taken in moderation.
