I'm looking for a reasonably priced vaporizer for home use only. There are SO many out there while searching online and I am lost! I'm reading a lot about oil, can you put the actual plant in them? Probably a dumb question but I really know nothing about these other than they are better than smoking. Please help this vaporizer virgin!

You will get many people helping soon I bet. I use a small one called a Magic Flight Box but it is more of a portable one really really small. I am a light user so it works for me and cost about 100

I just bought one. i was going to my daughters. She hates the smell of Smoke. I used it at her kitchen table, and her husband is worst then she is, any way they had no idea i was medicating in there home. And i was good to go for about 3-4 hrs. then i had to go outside and smoke a regular joint.

you can get material and oil vapes. both in home and personals. alot of options.

overall, they offer a nice option for those that inhale, but maybe like to bypass the smoking part.

Oil is a mess. And you have to make it yourself (a pain for most). Or have access to a regular supply. i just got done doing all the looking at vaporizing either oil or flower (Herb). And for ease of use, go for the kind that vapes herbs.

Hi Jen! Met you at the MMMC site when this one was closed. I did a lot of research on the one I bought but it might be too expensive for you, not sure what you consider a reasonable price and I bought mine a over a year ago and I think the prices have dropped since then. The big thing for me is not to put more smoke in my lungs, not to make my home or me smell like pot. I really love it and it was the best investment I made. The one I have has a little fan on it to help push the vap out and I've found that really handy and generally use it for the first hit. The pot is as sweet as it gets with the real flavor coming through not the taste of smoke. I think your going to like a vap as long as you find one that fits your needs. The other thing that was a really good buy and I use is a grinder for the pot. It scars all of the pot so more THC is released. I only have to use very little pot to get the same high it used to take a pipe full to achieve. I don't cough like crazy, hardly cough at all unless I forget what I am doing when hitting. :)

Thanks for the good info! What kind is it that you are using? It definitely sounds like something I would like to check out! My birthday is next month, so this is what I want to treat myself too :)

I vote for the Happy Vappy (similar to HerbalAire) and against the EasyVape. Arizer solo looks interesting.

It's called the Extreme Q, I really love it! :) Here is a link at Amazon, if you read the reviews it will give you some nice pointers and an idea about how it works. :)

Also some good news, I will have a website up within the month and have a brick and motor location in Macomb county selling and supporting vaporizers.
My wife and I have been using e-cig, vaporizers for over 2 years, we used it to stop smoking 2 packs of Marlboro Reds a day. I have designed and built my own and in development of a second unit. I already make the mouth tips and have access to all the parts.

I also hope to distribute for Delta9(Omnicron) vape, looks good so far. I will then carry all the supplies needed here in Michigan.

Extreme Q V 4 is like a less expensive volcano. I have one and I like it. It does a good job filling bags. But it is mostly on the shelf now. My omicron has replaced it.

I too have several "flower" vaporizers collecting dust on shelves since the Omicron made the scene. There is an inherent limitation to the old vape concept, in that much of the vaporised oil is readily absorbed by the plant material and never makes it out of the bowl. (short of combustion) In these oil vape's there is no such limitation, loss's are minimized, and dose's are quantifiable.

I can't say enough about the discrete and odorless utility of the Omicron, or about how much preparation and consumption time is saved when using this device. Pretty much anywhere, anytime, always ready to roll.

Thanks for all of the responses. I ordered the magic flight box today to start off with. Seems like it will work well for me and I could find a lot of info about it online. I couldn't find much info on the omicron.
