Well I hope you guys get all the support you deserve.

Are you implying that they don't 'deserve' a lot of support?

I do hope they get much support. Any and all the support needed to make a significant difference.

Wish you guys luck. Too bad you had to make that kind of transaction though. We've been trying to warn everyone that any transfers other than to your registered patient are being viewed as illegal by LEO and the courts.

Translation: We Told You So!
Would you like salt with your much "deserved" wound?

I certainly hope noone here is suggesting that they broke the law by giving a patient that they just signed up meds.

u have a I.Q. of a 2 year old they have alot of support!!they done nothing wrong if u don't know what happened and trust me u don't!! there members are throwing the rally with free stuff free breakfest and there camping out there sounds like the people are tired this B.S.

Please don't resort to these devices. Celliach is simply stating facts that in some jurisdictions, the courts have been really taking a very conservative view of the activity protected under the law, a naive interpretation if you will, and that is landing some well-meaning patients and caregivers in jail. Public sales are really risky right now.

Very glad to hear of the dismissal.

I hope this insanity is coming to an end.... :notfair: Well, a guy can dream can't he?.??.?

One of these days they may actually figure it out. Maybe patients and those that care for them are somebody after all.

Edited to add that I too would like any links to info that you may have.

Ok well you have at least 21 grammar/syntax/spelling errors in a two-line post, so how about shutting your joint hole?

Not to mention that I.Q. means intelligence quotient, and it compares your physical age to your mental age. A 30-year old operating at a 30-year old's average level has an I.Q. of 100. A 2-year-old operating at a 2-year-old's average level has an I.Q. of 100 too.

So when you try to insult someone by telling them they have the I.Q. of a 2-year-old, you're not making any sense at all and are actually flaunting your own low I.Q.

Doesn't look like he "won." Looks like it was a plea deal. His wife took the fall. That, and the county still has his car.

It wasn't exactly a plea deal.

She did admit that she gave the meds to a new pt.
Since it wasn't 21 days since the check cleared she was technically in violation.
She was ordered to pay court costs. That's it.
and they Are getting the car back.

True it wasn't a total victory, but it was nowhere near the "big drug bust" the local authorities tried to make it out to be.

All in all I still consider it a victory.

If walking away with a criminal record is a victory then what is it called when you walk away scott-free?
