Yeah, the sense of humor is absurdly dry lol. Idk. My guess is he was pissed or was missing the mark on a joke. Regardless, it's hotter than hades today! How is outdoor keeping up!? The West has been hot too, but I think there are only a handful of outdoor grows in Oregon, Colorado and wash.

its All about H2O

Dry plants are stressed and attract mites

Cuts or damage during the dry season also increases the attraction

Thats why its best to take your cuts before the dry season.

I bet there are over 400,000 cuts in bubble cloners right now in Michigan, The Lower that is, God only knows what's happening in da UP Ay?

wash: i think GW Pharma uses the wrong doses. they are dealing with 3mg per dose. when the actual dose for an adult should be something like 200-300mg thc per dose.

gw pharma messed up.

i bet its because they are filtering thc and cbd only and no terps or other acids that control the stoned side effect. did anyone ever do a terp profile on sativex/epidiolex?

my guess: buy at ~$50 sell at around $100. currently at $86, overvalued.

possibly canadian marijuana legalization will affect marijuana stocks.

also the 5? or so states in november that have legalization on the ballot.

especially california, which has more population than canada.

Pharma companies can be a great investment. I use Enbrel, like Phil Michelson the pro golfer, so I have some Amgen in my portfolio. I like catsup so I have some Heinz too. That's a very healthy way to build a portfolio. I was taught that by a billionaire when I was 12.

CATSUP? CATSUP? It's KETCHUP, you hear?

Sorry bb.  That designation of '+Authors' by my screen name has nothing to do with authoring of the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act.  It was sort of a joke 'title' given to me because early on in our interactions with the state legislature I was writing quite a few letters that Blueberry was using with his automatic legislative emailing program.  That's it, nothing more

The Good Ole Days!   :bong2:  :drinking-coffee:

Not!

Peace

The banks have been laundering cartel money for decades but they won't touch your mortgage if you have a plant growing your meds in the house.

Wall St. Stole our homes and now they are coming for our meds.

Leo is stealing our meds and killing our kids.

The fknrepublican. reps are bought by the highest bidder

Show me , what has our repub majority done for the common man?

Keep Wall St out of your grow, Call your Rep. and tell them Ell No!

I know right, and us indoor growers got that dehumidifier cranking to keep the mold out ! its nutso! we use one spray to knock down one pest and kill a myriad of beneficial ones. then the real problems start. beneficial microbes die, stop sending messages through the fungus, everyone slows and more pests come!  we're sold lady bugs by the thousands only to learn they're shipped with mites as their feed! wtf!!

outdoors for the win, but indoors for the law, for me, for now

I absolutely loved my results outdoors. They stood up to any sample I've ever used, indoor or out.

I think its cool outdoors when nature chooses the weak kneed plant and devours it while the stinky healthy girls right next to them are left untouched for an awesome harvest. Indoors one small issue can explode and destroy the whole room!

I grew outdoors recently, I get it. the moment I figure out how to supply my patients during winter season I'm on it!

Jim Cramer, the CNBC TV market analyst, has been promoting GW lately too.  I don't know if his charitable trust owns the stock but he had the GW CEO on his show two days ago and then comes out with this article

New to the state. What kind of zoning ordinance do I need to watch out for while being a caregiver? Are the zoning ordinances state wide or by county and township? Any links or information would be helpful. Thank you.

the local ordinances do not apply to caregiving.

you can read the MMMA law here, it has some guidelines for how indoor and outdoor grows should be created:

http://legislature.mi.gov/doc.aspx?mcl-Initiated-Law-1-of-2008

click on printer friendly:

http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(rm3qcndirpgoo1j0ssj3e1nt))/printDocument.aspx?objectName=mcl-Initiated-Law-1-of-2008&version=txt

there is some small bit of info on official govt website for the mmma program.

http://www.michigan.gov/mmp

there are no restrictions on property space for growing within the MMMA. and no local laws may override the MMMA. of course, if you are renting a house/apt, your rental agreement is a contract that the MMMA does not override. or at least, it hasnt been tested in court... so make sure you check any lease agreements closely.

there are also guidelines here at the site, scattered. or you can contact http://www.komornlaw.comfor more information on legal advice and best practices to carry out caregiving while staying within the law. or just browse the site, caregiver information is all over in various threads :)
