Well, noone knows for sure yet.

I still think there is a 60% chance it passes out of the senate.

That will lower after today.

The Democrats are NOT just voting against everything like they said they would, so we will see.

It looks like the House Bills are on the Senate agenda for today, items 22-25. They are voting on agenda item number 8 at this time. (10:25 am)

the house passed the bills easily, i think they'll pass whatever they want to pass (right to work) and theres nothing you can do to stop it.

I think the republicans got their holy grail(RTW) and are satisfied even if they get nothing more.

To predict with absoluteness is folly.

We shall see.

Rick Jones called a R caucus to decide what they will push through.

We will see after recess, for today.

Of course. They are republicans. What matters more than abortion? NOTHING.

Hahaha...

Also allowing the logging industry to clear cut forests without paying taxes properly.

And... moving substance abuse programs into the mental health programs, but not increasing funding for mental health and not transferring any funding from th previous substance abuse program to mental health. Basicly, cut funding for mental health in Michigan.

Several other interesting things flowing through today. :-0)

and truth be told they want to ban contraceptives, abortion, and then they don't want to help the young unwed mothers....

...and here is a classic from this years legislative hearings: back in March when the House Judiciary banned telemedicine for marijuana recomendations, right across the hall was another hearing where they passed a bill through to the full House, forcing insurance companies to pay for telemedicine. And in that hearing the testimony praised telemedicine. How hypocritical, eh?

Well dig this, in the abortion bills that are prolly gonna pass, they ban a doctor from using telemedicine in order to reach a patient seeking RU 486 (the abortion pill)....

mean spirited and desiring everyone submit to their so called moral code.... and now our legislators want to practice medicine as well...

sickening for sure
