do you mean a certification clinic?

just all of the normal doctor stuff needed to open a regular clinic to evaluate patients.

up to date medical license , only D.O or M.D. are allowed to recommend patients.

probably need a business license to open a medical clinic in a building.

plus medical insurance.

How about it Dr. Bob? Can you help this guy out?

Now greg  Dr B  is busy helping patients right now.  In as much as we all look up to him for guidance sometimes we just have to figure things out on our own.

To OP

Location Location Location...that would be my first three considerations

We Need to build on the foundation we have.

I wonder if marijuana smoking clubs detract from a medical marijuana purpose in the eyes of the opposition?

would be no biggy though in a recreational arena, but MI voted for medical currently.

I'll admit that the one in my area is not appreciated by me and many others. They aren't doing things right imo. Lots of traffic outside (no use) and perhaps some patrons are taking advantage of the medical system in first place.

Come to think of it, I don't think they even have a wheelchair ramp. Surely a dispensary or club should comply with the ada.

Thumbs up to a speakeasy if they can do it right. Filter aire, cleanup sidewalk, give back to community for the win.

Yup. Their best argument against them though was that you had to drive home, yet we have alcohol bars everywhere with cars in the parking lots. They can't shoot us down without a lot of hypocrisy. Everyone is finding out that alcohol impairs driving so much more than marijuana. Even pain killing pills impair driving more than marijuana and there are a lot of people who drive every day using them.

So your only real complaint is the traffic and these people look too healthy? hmm It stinks around there? What's on the sidewalk?

no, I was being nice. The place sucks. People straight up abusing the system buy from the place and walk straight to a single mother with four kids in the car and hangs at the window for a minute. Cops sit across the street all day. People making out in front all the time. A group of teens or twenty somethings smoking cigs and blocking foot traffic. Cars broken into in the parking lot.

Anything else? Please don't respond to me if you are just trying to start stuff. Have a nice day, resto.

Oh and the ada thing that you slectively ignored.....REALLY big F-ing deal, bro.

And please don't get on me about the lady who should be allowed to use no matter the kids or situation. True, only if those kids are clothed, fed, educated, and loved. These ones were not.

Easy there hoss. You are sounding a lot like the opposition. Assumptions flying pretty heavily now.

If there are cops sitting across the street all day why are they not stopping the car break ins? And telling the kids loitering and those 'making out' to move along?

People 'straight up abusing the system'? How and how do you know that?

Resto, I'm don't with you. You can ask for clarification nicely and without the sarcastic questions. Let's chalk this up to a difference between those of us that have had kids and those that haven't. I won't explain myself further because keep going. Please, I am done with you. Oh, and ada means Americans with disabilies act. Read it.
