Is It Nothing Over Card Limits (2.5 Oz Of Brownie) Or No Brownie Ever?

only know it's look; the circumference of a penny, light brown, thick as 2 quarters, and hard, a piece weighs .8 grams.

how made?  don't know

It sounds like a preparation thereof to me. The Supreme Court will rule in another several months in Carruthers. Keep your head down and enjoy.

I think hash should be OK.  It's oils and tinctures that seem to be a problem.  If you make brownies with any part of the plant, the full weight of the brownie counts, not the weight of the cannabis in the brownie.

They are going to weight the hole brownie and count it as weight, no mixtures are legal any longer, no bubbles hash, bho.tinctures, nothing but leaf and budd, if you make brownies you best make sure your not over your total weight no matter what you use and you have to do it with what they call usable, which is leaves and budds, so gotta do it the old fashion crunchy way, not cannabutter either, all extractions are ilegal since the coa ruling on carruthers!  come on people dont you remember I am carruthers, thats what this whole thing is about!

Peace

I thought the weight restriction specifically did not apply because it's unusable marihuana. So it wouldn't matter if you had 1 gram of wax or 72 grams of wax, or 1 40 g brownie or 3. None of it is coverd

Yes your rite, the only way you can make brownies is with leaves and budds, but I wouldnt even do that for my pt's at this time, I wouldnt want to travel with it, that is one of the reasons, and if I got popped im not going thru the appeal process so id be screwed, your right none of its covered, only budds and leaves are usable and you have to be within your weight and im not even talking brownies.

Peace

you may be correct, except the charge will call it marijuana, and will be adjusted for the illegal amount possessed. Can you show me the "unusable marijuana" where it related to brownies?

Has the High Court agreed to even here the Case?

i don't think so  but if it has agreed to it sure won't be anytime soon that a ruling will be coming down imo this time next year

My dried flowers soak in warmed butter for a few minutes while the brownie mix is prepared. I leave some vegetable matter in the mix. I would expect no less than to be judged on the total weight of the end result, rather than the "active ingredients", since the courts never cooked out inactive ingredients for a charge.

I'm enjoying one now. A friend is enjoying a cannabis colonic, another a douche,

That is very odd, they almost always update the bulletin when court cases affect the law. They did w Koon

now they would rather do a surprise surprise, I guess you realy have to follow the boards to keep up with these coa and sc rulings, if they dont make it public (lara) we wouldnt even know that our cellar fulll of tinctures are not legal, or our brownies and cannabutter!

Peace
