it would lower the ph, for  bit, then cause issue later, not really in dirt. well vs muni of course, but in hydro lemon juice will end the grow. 

As far as terpene influencing while growing- oils and raw foods are a loser. some indiscriminately kill off beneficial bacterias and fungus and also disrupt some of the lifespan of needed nematodes and dirt crawlers.

Lemon juice is more expensive than ph adjuster. I'd advise growers to keep food stuff out of the garden. I bet you dont use vinegar or lemon juice (anymore) in the cannabis garden......  hippie times...no grow stores available, little info on hydro growing. dirt seemed to take care alot easier then,  I recall, with store bought ferts and amendments.  hydro was another story.

Thank you for the helpful info. I don't think I would have ever tried lemon juice. It seems every time I deviate from what I've been doing for the past six or so years, it ends somewhere between mediocrity and disaster.
