$3500 per plant.

thats cost of the plant plus what your time was worth growing and cultivating said plants.

they were outside? so you cant charge them for the electricity?

tell em you want compensation for them breaking your confidential patient info. now everybody knows about you!

Notwithstanding this provision, department employees may notify law enforcement about falsified or fraudulent information submitted to the department.

Rule 21. (1) Except as provided in subrules(2) and (3) of this rule, Michigan medical

tell the judge you want your entire record expunged from the system and all court files sealed.

:goodjob:    I like this idea. What does Mr. Abel say about the idea?

Edit: Bob why would you post something like that, his question is not remotely close to a dream, it's the next step.. you know, like the courts like to take things in steps.

There is no way I can appreciate the wringer they put Kingpinn through.

Any mmj caregiver or patient owes him their thanks.

On the matter of plant values I'd suggest considering something like $150/per plant.

My 'caregiver' valuation is based on $100/oz for an one-and-a-half of useable mmj per plant.

It irks the heck out of me when local plant police value plants (and cuttings!) at $1000 each.

While I'd certainly want as much paypack as possible if I were Kingpinn's shoes, if the Shiawassee PA agrees to $150/plant wouldn't it form a basis for more reasonable valuations in the future by the future customers of the arrest and punishment industry?

The past can't be changed but maybe we can work towards a better future.

I truly believe Kingpinn's persecution will help make things better for others in the coming days.

some things to consider, thanks outsideinthecold.

It costs more than 150 dollars to obtain and grow "a plant" to maturity possibly ? My insurance company values them at 1000 dollars each, partly where I got the figure.

They got the figure from the old tax stamps info. It made sense to me with finish weight, electricity, acquisition, fertilizer, substrate, equipment.

some stats pulled off news articles in google

1,700 marijuana plants worth $3.8 million = $2235 per plant

One answer is $3,000. That's the estimated value the San Diego County Sheriff's Department assigns to every marijuana plant it discovers, whether it is young or old, short or tall, grown inside or outdoors, of high quality or low, cultivated by an experienced grower or a first-timer, said sheriff's Lt. Hank Turner.

3,000 plants, valued at approximately $9 million = $3000 per plant

135 marijuana plants worth more than $400000 = $2962 per plant

Some 100 sturdy young marijuana plants worth up to $2,000 each

Their attorneys contend that each plant -- almost certainly dead now -- was worth $3,000 to $3,500.

20,000 marijuana plants worth $50 million = $2500

488 marijuana plants with an estimated value of $1.7 million = $3483

145 marijuana plants estimated street value of the marijuana is $435,000 = $3000

600 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of $3 million = $5000

100 marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $100,000. = $1000

oh yeah, since its winter when they returned your plants, now you have to grow them indoors, so add in some heat and electricity bills...
