5 Patients Only?

would someone direct me to the specifics in the law concerning this, please. I must be blinded today.

I promised to print it out for someone who whole hearted believes he's following the law selling to anyone with a card.

(d) The department shall issue a registry identification card to the primary caregiver, if any, who is named in a qualifying patient's approved application; provided that each qualifying patient can have no more than 1 primary caregiver, and a primary caregiver may assist no more than 5 qualifying patients with their medical use of marihuana.

Trivia;

This is one place in the Act where Schuette's advice was NOT taken. He wanted to add "connected through the registry". His advice went directly against the ballot wording. That one chapped Snyder/Schuette.
