roads, parks, city and state land

 

private property:

parking lots

non-city/state buildings and their yards

trailer parks

stores, malls, apartment complexes, hotels, motels, restaurants.

houses, cars, condos, RVs, bars, mcdonalds and walmart and starbucks.

 

sb783 would remove all section4 and section8 protections from patients and caregivers if a private property owner banned marihuana and you were posessing or transferring to your registered patient on said private property.
