just wondering where everyone is at on this issue.

 

i think yes. i mean hes kicking drug users out of prison, hes seen that blacks get criminalized more than whites. he knows marijuana is safer than alcohol. if you follow this pattern, how can he not?

 

a few of us will complain he hurt people between 2009-2016 but history will see he did the right thing because of congress inaction after multiple requests from him to take action.

 

wouldnt that be a huge boost for a democratic president after obama?

If it were up to him personally, I think yes, he

would remove it from controlled sub list.

The dark forces who pull the 'strings' will not allow it,

It takes Congress to legalize it.  He can do some around the edges stuff, but this one is up to Congress and having a President willing to sign it into law.

 

Now, would Obama sign it if they passed it in Congress?  I would think so.

I think he would personally but since it is not up totally to him you never know. I do think in the near future it will end up a schedule 2 like my Adderall which does about the same think as a nice Sativa LOL

Adderal is an amphetamine salt, and nothing like a good sativa. Adderal is a highly addictive drug abused for decades. It causes strokes and heart attacks along with a long list of other issues. Adderal chemically changes the body in many different ways than cannabis.

Perhaps the relief found using one or the other is similar, but not the chemistry ?  For best results, use a good sativa, if they seem alike to you. I never heard of anyone getting addicted to a sativa, suffering heart attacks and strokes, losing their teeth, and developing tics that way. A large number of prisoners were prescribed adderal as children and young adults. use adderal with caution, use a good sativa often

 

I don't think obummer will legalize mj. How can the establishment apologize for decades of health care atrocities, secret healers being hidden from the masses, corporate control of policy, etc. ?  the herb needs to be decriminalized, not legalized

Legalization equals a $75,000 grow license for some, and the rest are paying $100 an 1/8 ounce now(Denver).

 

I heard yesterday that Bay County, Michigan was attempting to go decrim.

 

Also heard about a 4 time marijuana offender from Tawas, Michigan(new prosecutor) getting only probation.

 

We are on our way, don't let legalization get in the way.

It takes Congress to legalize it  i used to think the President could do it also but i did some looking up stuff and found out it's Congress that has to make the first move

Agreed, screw legalization yet I feel that is the only way our gov is going to allow it as

that  how they will supplement the income loss of asset forfeiture and other means of funding.

 Funny Phaq LOL  Grassmatch I know all about the Adderall and it is not so good to be on. I only use it to help me study. The sativa gives me the same feeling as a low dose of Adderall. The problem with the cannabis for ADHD is the memory part, you may tend to forget why you walked into the kitchen

I would have to agree with you mostly!

 

I mean if they can make it a schedule 1 over nite to make it illegal I would think he could change that scedule 1 over nite also!  well I dont know if the prez can and im sure many out there will tell me if he can or not, and I welcome that!

 

now before they made exctasy an ilegal drug people were doing it openly, they even had clubs in texas and other states that thrived on extasy, marriage conslers use to use it on their pts to help them have better relations

 

Yea I know that has nothing to do with mj, but mj is on the worst schedule it can be on now that I dont under stand!  Ive said all my life I thought it was ilegal because if the gov made it legal they wouldnt be able to control it, they cant figure out how to get every bit of taxes from it or at least how much they get from tobaco farmers, and most states dont have the right conditions to grow tobaco for ciggerettes so that was always my opinion on why it was ilegal. Ive not heard of many people who grow their own tobaco up here, but have been in many grows for mj!
