Lazy, you want me to do everything.

Senate - not 1 vote against, so all dem senators need to go.

and in the house 73% of the dem reps need to go and 1 republican can stay

Thanks for making me look it up though I must've looked at the first house vote where the dems were more split.  They all seemed to come around to screw us in the end.

You need to include names. Nail the snakes down. Get tough. Links are weak. Names with links are tough. Show the name and exactly what they voted on, wording included, and how they voted. Then you can cut and paste that a few times if you want to be lazy. LOL

Do it yourself, the link is there.  I personally don't find it worth the effort as they are all likely to turn on you.  Why do you want me to do the research you need to do yourself if you think it worthwhile.  Don't try and trick me into working for you for something I don't believe will work.  you want me to fill a post with fluff so it makes it look like something it is not.

It's not for me. It would be for your readers. And for yourself.

And Zap, you may want to get out and talk to people more often.  A lot of people have never gone to jail for MJ and don't vote that way.  they vote on healthcare, gun laws, jobs, fiscal conservatism, etc.etc. It may be the reason teh "plan" hasn't been working to get the MMMA strengthened.  time to find a new strategy.  Esp if both candidates have voted against mj, then you might as well not vote.

There is bad, then there's worse. In most circumstances, the Republicans stand firmly on the side of worse. It is a good bet anyway, outside of personal knowledge of an individual candidate.

In the absence of total elimination of cannabis crimes, voting better is the only option to better treatment. At the very least, those that depend on both using cannabis and their freedom should realize this.

Or going to the court cases in large #'s?  Writing letters to the people who DO represent us, r u saying voting is our only chance?

Looks like about 10/1 d/r from this one vote.  I personally think taking it to the people who win or decide the court cases or even the police to go against their unions, maybe getting leap involved if possible, could they do outreach work?  I really find it hard to believe voting is our only chance.  If so the package system is fuking us since they don't even know why each person voted for them. It seems that you have a very limited view of our options.

I will just say that people have no clue what they are talking bout here with the votes on that particular bill.

First, it made ZERO difference how democrats voted. Republicans own the entire government and didn't need a single democratic vote.

Second, some of those republicans that voted against it didn't vote against it because they thought it was bad, they voted against it because,,,, marijuana is bad and they didn't want to vote for it because,... marijuana.

Third, democrats knew it was unenforceable and voted for the transport bill to get things like grow inspections removed from the other Walsh bills.

and...

and...

and...

I will just say,  your arguments here are so clueless and so sophomoric and done without any cognizant thought as to what was really happening in Lansing at that time period.

If this is true then what exactly is your argument?

imho resto was not asking you to do 'his work for him' but rather to back up your arguments with facts.

Educate the readers about these rotten politicians by goodness.

Please discontinue calling names, thank you everyone.

Well then Lansing is broken, when we pickin up the pitchforks cause that's dirty politics.  Resto thought it was a good idea so if they aren't more transparent they should loose the support.  If I can't see by votes if they are a bad politician what the hell is the use?

And there was only 1 rep who voted against it.

If it's "unenforceable" how come so many are paying off teh gov't to get out of it?  Seems they didn't think things thru. Why do you cheerlead for them so?  You even tried to get the guy who wrote the outdoor requirements off the hook.  Sorry Mal, but you seem to be biased to me, maybe I'm wrong.  Have you ever thought anything a D has done was wrong?

Lifes a bittch indeed.

Here ya go Norby, I will throw ya a bone.

There is very specifically one democratic Senator who , as usual, was a complete spineless jellyfish democrat and when he decided to vote for the Walsh package of bills, 3 other dems caved in and it made any opposition by the other democrats, which we had!, not matter at all.

That Democratic Senators name is:

Steve Bieda

http://senatedems.com/bieda/

Click that and look at his face.  He was the first to crumble to Republican pressure to pass that set of bills in the Senate.

 So there ya go.

And then just click on the Senate republican webpage from then,... and all but 2 of them truly suck completely.

How would they have inspected grows?  I don't think they would've had the funding. They can't even get to the dispensaries or get cards out in a timely manner.  Seems like it wouldn't have worked to me anyway.

 Then you are a moron.

They have almost 30 million dollars to enforce the Act and police have huge boners to start inspecting for FREE. They will get enough goodies with people out of compliance.

Melvin. Improper transport medical marijuana. $425 fines & costs.

http://www.downtownpublications.com/Articles-public-safety-rochester-area-c-2015-12-18-222294.112113-Medical-marijuana-cardholder-stopped.html

12/18/2015 - During a traffic stop, a Rochester police officer cited a Macomb Township man for improper transport of medical marijuana, for which he had a valid card.

The man was driving in the area of Main and Romeo streets in Rochester, on Thursday, December 10, at 10 p.m.

Public Act 460, enacted at the end of 2012, states that vehicular transport of medical marijuana must be "enclosed in a case that is carried in the trunk of the vehicle," or "enclosed in a case that is not readily accessible from the interior of the vehicle, if the vehicle in which the person is traveling does not have a trunk."

A violation of this act results in a misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500, and/or incarceration for up to 93 days. The driver's court date is pending.

CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON/FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM,

OPERATING WHILE INTOXICATED/IMPROPER TRANSPORT OF MARIJUANA

On March 15 th , at 3:31 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle near Grand River and Nine Mile for speeding. Upon contact with the driver, the officer noted the odor of alcohol and Marijuana.

The driver denied drinking but stated he had Marijuana and produced a baggie from his pants pocket. The driver stated he had a medical Marijuana card and knew that he was supposed to transport medical Marijuana in an enclosed case in the trunk. The driver submitted to field sobriety tests and failed, along with a preliminary breath test (PBT) .11. The driver was placed under arrest.

A search of the vehicle produced a loaded firearm, brass knuckles, and a large amount of cash. The driver had numerous prior convictions for selling drugs and was also in

possession of four cellphones. The driver was transported to the station and refused a breath test. A search warrant was completed and blood was taken from the driver who was then placed in a cell.

A K9 from Dearborn arrived at the station and a drug sniff was completed on the money. The K9 found the hidden money and indicated positive for the odor of narcotics on the money. As a result the money, totaling $12,032, was forfeited.

The driver was arraigned the next day and given a $50,000/10% bond and transported to the Oakland County jail by an officer.

this looks interesting.

Mr. ______, spoke regarding the illegal transport law. It is an unconstitutional law that

does not apply to medical marihuana patients. Michigan has attacked his rights. Federal precedence is

coming. The Royal Oak Police Department illegally arrested him for improper transport and took him to

jail where he was assaulted. He had a letter from Chief O’Donohue sustaining his complaint. He was still

considering filing a lawsuit. His email address is ______@gmail.com should any of the commission

want to contact him.
