Deathstar & Lc

Does anyone have any experience with growing Deathstar? I have 6 three weeks and was curious if anyone had knowledge on different phenos of it? Also I have 6 lemon cake 3 weeks in, how many different phenos of that are there? They all look identical, I'm just curious.

what about finish time? I've heard 8 weeks ,I've heard 47 days.

no, it is clone-only strain and super-susceptible to mites, which simply means use 'wipe out' twice in veg.  i can help you out with clones but you can prob find them much closer to you than detroit.

47 days pistils are still all white but thc tests 18 and smoke is trippier than day 55.

55 days all weight is on and pistils have color, had a test of 27 thc, and another 21.

if cut day 74 body effect predominates, i didn't have a test.

I find lc to be resistant to mites so what the hell are you growing?

I've only had one mite outbreak but my lemoncake made it through relatively unscathed. It's very resilient. If I could only have one strain this would be the one.

I do not agree , been runnin' it for some time , near 4 yrs now ?  Through my early infestation as W B said . .

I haven't had any problem with mites I'm only 3 weeks into flower but they are some of the biggest girls my room has seen to date very excited to see the end results

12 weeks/90 days for lemon cake, 10 weeks/ 74 days for deathstar( give or take 4 days or so on both)

ALL plants can be seeded, selfed even. With all the hermie action I read about surely someone has made an LC seed???

Is amber ur goal so as to get as much body as possible and littlest head possible? the head effect at 47 days is quite pronounced then it dives into body.

I've visited a room where the grower stated all of his strains were 80 days strains. I was intrigued for a minute, till I saw all the same 60 day strains

in his room. He jerked around with lights, temps, humidity, battled with bugs, and even squirted molasses with his daily watering.  He loved his product, and the dispensary bought it all, still does.  Point is if two rooms support two different environmental parameters the results could be very different.  As long as the grower and their patients love the results I figure there's more than one way to harvest.

 

(to me, his bud tasted like burnt sugar, plants were huge, mostly from the constant vegging in flower, which was his intent for weight.  crazy to me, perfect for him. different smokes for different folks
