When Will Jaymes Dogheim Be Awarded A Patent On His

genetically engineered strain of weed that he calls 'Poison Ivy'?  Reportedly it has in it the dna of white widow, northern lights, sour diesel, and durban poison.  'poison' obviously comes from the durban, and  'ivy' from white widow.  But which of the 4 strains contributed the dna that causes this strain to grow as a long creeping vine clinging to the earth, literally marijuana growing just like the itchy namesake?

Jaymes Dogheim applied for his patent in 2010 and since then, nothing.

The first time I saw that was a long time ago when God decided to drop an old dead branch on one of my columbo plants and it laid over and grew up through the branches with all of these tight little buds growing up thru them on into Nov. I learned a good trick that year. .....I don't think  it was the NL or WW genetics.....

this plant is supposed to look exactly like a natural scrog, no net necessary, with 500-800 buds, each yielding about about a gram-and-a-half, which sounds like the thing is popcorn incarnate.   one plant makes ground cover for 36 square feet, and spikes rise, on average, only 6 inches off the ground.

so what happened to his patent?
