Do You Believe That 2 Rooms, Same Size, Equipment And Plants

there must be a few variables in any newenviron, like air circ, temp, humidity... micro-climates o sorts. so yes, plenty different results, unless you've dialed n run these [floor 2 and floor 3 rooms] for a few seasons. and still there will be phenotypical differences bet. 2 and 3, even w the exact same strain. it's interesting (sometimes) to see what certain 'new' strns wildo under varied conditions..

CAN produce different results.

A clone in the same room as a dozen others can also produce different results. The clone is a genetic copy, but variables such as dirty hands, pathogens, bacteria, molds, and diseases can infiltrate genetic coding, and cause anomalies in expression.

in the same house have very different results?  When the only diff is one is on the 2nd floor, the other on the 3rd?  and that plants moved from one to the other change plus or minus?

then there is this problem:

The tendency of the warm house air to rise results in pressure differences at various levels in the house. The pressure in the basement and lower levels of the house will be less than the atmospheric pressure. This effect is similar to the low pressure at the base of a chimney. In upper levels of the house the pressure will be higher than the atmospheric pressure as the rising air pushes against the ceiling. At some point between the high and low pressure zones, the pressure will be neutral.

This point is called the neutral pressure plane. This variation in pressure is called the stack effect. The taller the house is, the greater the stack effect. The stack effect in your house can make a considerable difference in the venting and performance of combustion (fuel burning) appliances such as a wood burning fireplace or stove or an oil or gas fired furnace.

theres a theory that plants perform better or worse at different air pressures. if your house is really air tight this could be a concern.
