Sanilac County Dispensary !

The one in Sanilac County is no secret at all. They have signage, and are across the street from a state operated facility.

do you believe it to be legal to transfer to more than your five registered patients?

Maybe if they just struck a "protection" deal with the local DTF's they could avoid surprise visits/destruction? that system has worked for a long time in many places. All they do is take money and product from them anyway. I bet they would gladly pay twice whatever they could possibly get in a one day B&E, monthly even, to avoid the embarrassment.

There our many around the State so they must be legal their was one at the Expo that has been raided a few times but the guy told me there where never charged so they are still open and business is booming he said

Did you know there is a dispensary in Sanilac County ? existing for years now.

I know where they are as well I pass it right off Lakeshore enroute to Port Sanilac.  Ofcourse they are taking risks....and ofcourse they have NO PROTECTION under current law.  But exist they definitely are alive and thriving.

Lakeshore, ?port Sanilac?....what brings you to the cookout?

anyways, that's not even the one I know of......do you mean the blue water compassion club on lakeshore?

the one I found was just a grow store at first, and now a tiny 2 jar show. Its downtown Sandusky.

Jail, exposure, embarrassment, age, laws, risks...all come to mind as my answer. Not sure if any amount of cash would do it for me, but I haven't seen anybody retire in MI after they were raided and closed.

I retired in '05, and cant collect SS for almost 20 years. I never counted on that program, after seeing  all the hands in the cookie jar.

I wouldn't be surprised that some local law enforcement agencies are collecting "insurance" money to let them stay open.

That practice kept the mafia in business for years.
