Address Change Requirements

Hi Im a caregiver who moved 30 days ago to new address I have 5 patients and myself.Are we required to do a change of address form if we move? Am I in trouble or is my card invalid since I didnt? Also are we required to have the grow address as the address on card too? Im kind of freaking out now so anyone with any info please let me know.The last thing I need is to be invalid.

You need to reside/live in Michigan to be a patient of the medical marijuana program, you do not need to list the address of where the plants are located, a p.o box number is fine.

Ok so I dont have to notify lara of my new address to remain compliant? I only moved to another town within MI.

Well you may want to update your address then, you don't want the folks who moved into your last place to recieve your mail. Do an update, you'll be okay

yes, you need to call lara and ask them. they may waive the change fees...
