Made A Mistake Topping Plant--Need Advice Please

Hey there. I am growing some blue dream and I was removing the very top growth to slow the height down a little.

I did not rock it back and forth enough and tore the plant bark of down one side. That part has turned brown and feels 

a little hard or crusty kind of. Is this a normal recovery or should I take the top off. I need to flip them over soon so I need 

to decide.

By the way......yes  I now have some very slim sharp scissors and will not be doing that again

I burn my top colas all the time I don't see this affecting the plant all that much cannabis is a hearty plant Ive never lost one plant over 5 years you will be ok.

yes they are still in veg...i was going to try and flip them in a few days but don't want problems

I know I just meant it takes a lot to kill a cannabis plant.

Gotcha...yeah I am really a bit OCD about everything...I wish I could learn to relax

thank-you for keeping me calm about it. This is my first grow in a few years and my 3rd ever

will see if I can keep from turning completely gray

Cut off the any dead material and let it veg some more . Then flower it out and send half of the harvest to me and I will test it and see if you are doing anything wrong.  You know I really want to help, don't cha?
