A Few (Hopefully) Simple Questions..

First off I would like to say thanks in advance for checking my question out. I have gone over the rules of outdoor growing, locked so there is no easy way of access, with roof and sides, and from what I understand your neighbors are not allowed to see it at all or smell it? Understandable if that be the case, my question is if your allowed to grow 24 plants as a caregiver does that mean 24 outdoors AND 24 inside or strictly one or the other or 12 and 12? I personally would not be doing 24 outside even if allowed but its good to know. Sorry if the question has been asked before and I just didn't see it...Onto my next question, is there any cannabis testing facilities in michigan (preferably with a drop off location near southwest michigan) that will test full terpene profile, meaning not only thc, cbd, cbg etc but the actual fragrance and flavor profile of the plant, such as limonene and pinene etc..?

no rule on neighbors smelling it. but its wise if they dont.

make sure they cant see plants, that is in the law.

if you are good for 24 plants you can grow 12 in and 12 out.

or 23 in and 1 out.

its recommended to stay under on your count , if you are good for 24. consider only growing 18.

yes, clones, seedlings, cuttings, even trim has been called plants before. police cound stuff in trash for fun too.

I agree with the post above

Trash pulls happen all the time even if you are a card holder or just live with one that should not be Law any more as also with smelling Cannabis coming from you home

should not be Law any more but it still is

It all  should be challenged all the way up to the Mich. S.C imho

NOTHING ever goes into my trash that would ever lead to suspicion..Personally I am very much stuck in the state of mind that with the card or without its still just like it used to be, you don't let anyone see/know what you do ever, and you certainly never throw anything in the trash or allow anyone to see you bringing/taking anything out. Appearance, and the way you present your self are the utmost importance when it comes to staying hassle free, you want to be part of the scenery, not a sore thumb sticking out;) ..I see far too many young people (mostly) who forget or dont care of the measures that typically need to be made to ensure safety. I really appreciate the feedback! Now I understand anything with a root is a plant counted towards your count, seedlings would have roots..however fresh clones that have not rooted would not technically count, though Im positive there are many poor souls who have been suckered roots or not. I typically stay below what I am allowed, there may be a week where im actually at my number but it never maintains that number for longer then a week before dying back down to nicely under my limit.

Thanks

i once new of someone that stayed on top of his grow he would never throw anything in his trash nor show it off well one day Leo did pull his trash  (so they say ) and got a warrant ( so they say ) and when they raided him they took all of his plants he had nothing to use for himself  or his girl  as they both had there Recommendations and the 21 days had been up also they both had many medical records,  plants locked up, and under plant count

Well long story short they also both ended up in Court for almost 5 years and even after that long Leo would not even show what they found in that trash pull not even a picture of a trash pull

i'am sure it doesn't go that way today

= Leo can and does lie all the time
