Worm Farm Pest Or Not

When I put worms in my pots I only put like 10 in each. One thing tho should I be seeing some leachate in the bottom of my factory? Its been going for about 4-6 weeks now and its pretty dry in the bottom. I only have 2 trays working right now won't be adding more till I get root balls.

Any worms in my plant pots are incidental, I don't ever put them in there. Often at night they'll escape out of the pots and relocate/die.

No leachate will appear until you water your worms. I water a gallon of water weekly and drain often. Every day there is some drainage.

 

adding trays a dirt to your farm will make them happier. Keep in mind worms eat decaying organic matter. Your happy frog dirt is

chock full of organic matter to eat. rootballs and leaves will be their treat when they come. If they're not eating, they're not pooping.
