Sarcoidosis

I have been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. In relationship to this diagnosis I have had a lung biopsy confirming what the xrays suggested. I have also had two separate operations on my neck to remove glands effected by the sarcoidosis. This disease is an inflammatory condition which causes swollen and painful joints, hands and feet.

I have a letter from my doctor confirming the fact that I have sarcoidodis. Will this letter be sufficient to document my medical history thereby allowing me to procure my MMC?

yes, but if you get a copy of any xrays, biopsies or other tests (blood, liver whatever) that addition info will be helpful to the cert doctor. more info is better is what i'm saying.

Was there a certain test that DXed you, or was it testing and diagnostic? I think my daughter has this. Did you have to go to a rhuematologist or did your regular Dr help you? Was it lymph nodes you had to get removed? Sorry so nosy,my PC is ready to die and I can barely get around the Net for info.
