Dr.robert Green Office Raided

Recommended Posts

An attorney for Dr. Michael Holda asked the judge to quash the six-count felony complaint filed against Holda because the doctor operated in “good faith” with information presented by “patients,” who turned out to be undercover federal drug agents.

after years of not being able to prosecute doctors, why are the police starting up now?

In the last 18 months, more than 50 doctors in the state have been arrested since Florida created regional law enforcement strike teams to target physicians, clinics and healthcare facilities suspected of prescribing or dispensing unnecessary drugs, according to the state attorney general's office.

"I refer to them as drug dealers in white coats," Florida Atty. Gen. Pam Bondi said.

pam bondi, the same crazypants prohibitionist against marijuana?

so theres some kind of pattern about criminalizing pain relief. what is the pattern? we need to identify it.

The prescription of what appears to law enforcement officials to
be a large quantity of opiods is a red flag.

For example, a prosecutor said, in his opening statement: “The drugs were
prescribed in such outrageous volumes, truly staggering quantities
of very pernicious opiates.” When the accused physician’s medical
records were analyzed, the “staggering quantities” he had
prescribed turned out to be an amount of OxyContin sufficient to
treat only 46 severely afflicted pain sufferers.

WOW.  Trying to get patients off those opiates and onto something that's non-toxic is tantamount to prescribing addictive opiates and requires cops to pose as pain patients and lie thru their teeth to a dr. to entrap them?  Crazy world is all I can say.  All they have to do is allow the drs. to recommend mj and they'll drop the #'s of pain patients getting prescribed opiates. DUH!

It's like they have no clue what they are doing.  Like they don't want anyone to be able to take care of themselves.  We're all friggin' kids that need a brute squad and a mom or dad to sit on a bench and scold us for the victimless "crimes" we commit when trying to make it thru this f'ed up world. Then your sent to the corner of a barred cell for a lot longer than any parent would punish for.  They screwed up by allowing these non addictive time release pills on the market and because they allowed a big screw up and have caused one of the biggest addiction trends in history, now they have to ruin as many lives as possible to show that they are "doing something" about it.  They're doing "something" all right.  Unfortunately it's just shakedowns of good people to cover their screw ups!  The new wave of brute squad mentality!  And under Obama no less!  He'll state it's no worse than alcohol but won't do a darn thing about all the POW's of the drug war.

Drug war right.  The only drugs in jail are the ones brought in for the prisoners of the war.  You'd think, with the country falling apart, we'd cut costs on the things that truly don't matter, instead we have to fix wall street and screw all the little people.  Sometimes I wonder if this isn't a ploy to draw everything out in the open to let the next republican president sweep thru and confiscate everything brought into the open thru this push.  Although during the Bush presidency I read there were less raids on dispensaries than under Obama.  It's a mad, mad, mad, mad, mad world.

Yes you are correct Bush did not spend much money on DEA raids.  OBAMA it seems talks a good game but has yet to back up his promises.  Atleast bushy boy did not spent to much money on Medical MJ.  Probably because he has a Grow Hut somewhere in Texas where he has that Mississippi G13 growin for him and all his good ole boys to get blazed out on..!! haahha
