Each Patients Plants In Seperate Enclosed Locked Facility?

Recommended Posts

nah, but more like all the patients plants must be in a locked secure area. but I tell you, I've read it your way too, and envisioned 6 rooms completely equipped with 12 plant max each, just to be a show off. I bet that someone here will chime in to let you know you should lock no more than 12 plant per room. maybe a legal beagle could shed some light on this?

excellent question, maybe a dead horse around here, but not so as long as its unanswered right !

hope to here some info soon

while it hasnt been decided in the court yet...

they spent 5 years keeping bob in court on having two patients grow together

people v blysma also said cgs cant posess more plants than they are allowed.

but thats where multiple people were growing to gether.

if its just you .... well, probably dont need to seperate plants.

of course, $200 in fencing is cheap compared to a lawyer. read those cases and see where it takes you

which conflicts with section8

i dunno, reading the opinion again, they say specifically that he has a sec8 defense available.

just that he is not protected under 4 for more than 24 plants
