New York Senate Approves Medical Cannabis

Late last night the New York State Senate voted to allow medical cannabis.  It still has to be signed by Governor Cuomo but since he was involved in crafting it, it should get signed.

Sorry, I may be jumping the gun or I'm confused, or both. 

 

According to this article, with a time stamp of 2 hours later than the first article, the Senate will take this up later today.  I don't know, this may be the back and forth process of reviewing amendments put in place by the 'other house' - the assemby or senate.

I think it will pass soon if not already and i agree it is confusing at times i hope it's not as confusing for the sick that need it as they ( the courts ) have made it for Michigan and here their not done with it

Wow, looks at first just like a law NYS would allow.  Total control, not enough access and not allowed to possess the plant material?  What the.....

i heard it passed on the radio this morning..

 

haven't checked yet to verify but the dj said no smoking.. or growing?  sounded like oil, extracts or vaporizing only?

 

i have not checked for myself yet...

also.. feds have a bill on the floor to allow states to regulate cannabis on their own.. not sure on the current status on that bill either..

 

i just saw on the news Harley has a new electric bike? hello..

 

i do not ride but might consider it for all electric

It's gotta be about coumos/senates friends making money.  I think the last bill allowed for "other"  facilities to dispense and allowed for smoking.  And the house passed the similar bill numerous times.

I hear that on the electric harley, the modle does 60 in 4 seconds lol, that would be cool, I think they said it only gets like 4 hrs of power now, but its only a modle or what ever they call the 1st one, this one will not be for sale untill they get all the bugs out, than Im betting I will never be able to afford one, harleys cost more than houses in my neighbor hood lmao, do they give 30 yr loans on harleys? id buy a gas one if they did lol,  remember the days when harleys were take a ride park it, wrench on it, clean the oil off the drive way and do it all over again the next day,,,,,,,,than quality sure changed when it went worker owned eh?

 

no plants no smoking, wow im glad for what we have, when you see other states plant counts and finished amounts allowed!

Little more inside info.  Looks as if Cuomo had his hand in the senate, chopping the bill before it came thru.
