Will someone, anyone, please tell me how Congress did not make law respecting an establishment of religion in legislating The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA), and as amended by the Religious Land Use and InstitutionalizedPersons Act of 2000 (RLUIPA) , and how that now the Supreme Court has ruled that prohibiting employee free exercise to engage in a public policy accommodation, the ACA, when their religious contemplation permits, is constitutional please?
