Tonight- The Federal Prison Panel has approved the early release of thousands of federal drug prisoners. Americans For Safe Access grades every state with a state-wide medical marijuana law and has created report cards based on how well patients are ultimately accommodated. There is a local option dispensary bill moving through the legislature in California, and the High Times Medical Cannabis Cup comes to Michigan this weekend!
