Dispensary near me has giant trees screaming for release in an open faced out door compound style greenhouse assembly plot. the police cannot judge weight from sight, probably.

if the police decide to check, it depends how much marijuana the patient was allowed to possess under sec4. if the patient is also a cg, he/she maybe able to possess more than 2.5oz.

 

gotta have cards to prove how much weight you can have. to be protected from arrest.

then again the sec 8 might stand up for you, uninterrupted supply an all? cant a patient claim a sec 8 for amount above 2.5,, wasnt there  a case already on that..?
