I am of the opinion that life in of itself is a role of the dice.

We probably break laws we aren't even aware of often.

Gov't large and small make laws and change laws constantly

to make us into potential criminals. 

Know our MMMA and keep up with the changes.

The old adage "loose lips sinks ships" is sound advise, imho.

 

I wish you continued positive progress on wiping out your cancer!

Im sure most of you have heard of my little issues I have had with the law!  None of them were for growing just smoking/vaping not on my property, 1st time in roscomon county,,,2nd time in alcona county huron national forrest.....3rd at mt. pleasent soaring eagle casino in our hotel room,  Oh yea and a 4th time for probation violation,,shhhhh!

 

All of them dropped and only used a court apptd one of the times.  I was walked upon and simply got caught medicating 2 of the times.

 

The only time I didnt have to get it dropped by the D.A was at the indian casino (not state land) I had a vape in my mouth when four cops and my ole lady walked in on me (i thought it was just my lady) bawhahahahahah!   Talk about freakin!  I had to show them my i.d and card and they left no prob,

 

I hate to admit this but we also had a cps investigation brought on by the lady's ex!  I was growing, I vent my room properly and my lady made cookies and bannana cakes lmao! they visited us one time and never came back!

 

I think if luck had anything to do with it I would have had some kind of court problems that actualy cost me or made me plea, no pleas none nada!

 

Oh and I was allowed to use my mm on probation so I also won the probation violation case!

 

That is all fact, I was not breaking any laws (accept for doing on indian prop and national forrest prop)

 

Something else other than mj brought me to leo's attn!

i'm so happy, they said "theres no cure for cancer" for so many years, but now theres hope!

of course marijuana doesnt cure cancer, but if it shrinks cancer, thats better than nothing!

Don't worry Jim i won't because i know how the Law works growing Cannabis is still illegal in the U.S.A but using it as long as you stay home i think you'll be OK

But growing Cannabis is still not legal  Per the Courts in Oakland County IMHO

so, what of it? most law abiding citizens that grow medical cannabis are enjoying the privilege immensely. Chances are those that are scared and paranoid about the Act will get caught up in some form of lawlessness, and be caught. I'm just glad its statistically only a handful of poor souls are representing this way.
