Hi I am hoping someone can answer a question for me that i keep getting mixed answers on.Are there any legal dispensiries in The State of Mi If so... and is it legal to sell your MM to them.i have got answers there are and then some telling me no.??? any help would be much appreciated.Thank you!! The only legal sale in Michigan, where the seller is protected legally, is when you sell to a patient who's name in on the back of your caregiver card.

Apply that ^ to any selling 'ideas' and see if the idea is legal. That ^ covers it. A patient can buy anywhere they wish to legally. But that doesn't mean the seller is always protected.

So what you are saying is..... there are NO Legal Mariujuana dispensaries in the state of Mi that can legally buy or sell from anyone.... even if you have a mm card.

Yes that is right but that doesn't mean they are not open and selling to mmj card holders i also don't understand how they do it and not get raided and some have and some don't

there are no legal despenses open, there are a lot open but you take a chance selling to them!  there is a bill in the senate that will hopefuly make them legal, so hang in there!

Dispensaries mostly pretend they are just a place where caregivers sell to their assigned patients(on the card).

 

They aren't fooling anyone. It's expensive to take them down. There are cops with cards trying to do that. The cops/prosecutors place catching the illegal suppliers of the dispensaries as their number one priority. They use the cops with cards to get the dispensary owners to give up their suppliers. They are all on camera these days. Many dispensary suppliers have went to jail.

Okay.....Restorium......I got it...I beleive that is happening right here in this tiny town I am in.and I was not going to fall into it...i have been checking for awhile it never made any sense to me what this person is doing..But I have a good Idea now.Thank you!!! he is also added a facebook under clover-land check it out if you are on facebook.something dosnt make any sense to me I dont plan on loosing my MMC for anything....

Good thinking Sue. When you sell to a dispensary you instantly lose all your protections under the MM Act. All your plants are illegal. Every bit of your stash becomes illegal. I wish we could do a better job getting the word out before people become victims.
