The ad isn't clear to me. Are they saying that if you eat the cookie you might rape someone or that the man with the cookie will get his date to eat it so he can rape her?

 

You know what leads to date rape, slipping her a mickey. It is widely reported that taking one of those prescription sleeping pills like ambien and drinking at the same time can cause short term amnesia just like GHB. So you put one in her drink (or his drink) and 30 minutes later you can rape the victim and they may have no memory of the incident. I think this republican should start a campaign to outlaw prescription sleeping pills.

Isn't there some kind of law that prevents groups like this from making unsubstantiated claims against political ballot issues like this?

 

I believe that political candidates can sue for slander if someone makes up drivel to use against them.

 

A person can't just make up false charges against someone in order to smear their name in public.
