Curious About A Hypothetical Situation.

I've heard many times that in Michigan if you go to jury trial you will not be allowed to mention your mmmp status. The jury will not be allowed to hear that you are a patient or a caregiver. As far as I know this is true but I could be wrong. If I am wrong and anyone knows of a case that went to jury and the defendant was allowed to have their mmmp status heard please do tell.

 

Anyone know of such a case?

There are quite a few.  It was denied early on quite a few times, but they are becoming common now.
