He said he is unemployed and plans to see if an attorney will represent for free.

DAM, they sure do know how to pick em. Up until that point I thought we might get this straightened out.

I just realized that the newspaper titled the story inaccurately.  It was actually the speeding that lead to the charge.

i feel like LEO is reaching on this one..

 

but i agree with rest2 ( for a change ) and a out of work councilman asking for free legal counsel to get themselves out of trouble seems like a stretch to me...

 

he didnt know about the transportation law?  why not? 

 

maybe he should have been coming here to our forums and then he might have known how to transport his medicine...

if he didn't even have the wherewithals to know about the transportation bill...how could he be expected to run this to its proper conclusion... my bet?  he will cop a plea or exert pressures to ensure he is expunged.
