i want to see the full article because i want to see how much opioid deaths were avoided in michigan due to the MMMA. unfortunately my local library doesnt cover online JAMA articles. likewise i cant find it in Michigan ELibrary ( http://www.mel.org ).

I see.  Hey!  How about asking your/a doctor if he can help you get the articles?  Maybe he has a subscription to Jamanetwork or knows someone who does.

doctor smart, doctor not good with computer.

 

hey cheapshades. maybe you could check your local library website?

maybe your local library has journal access?

 

just type in city + library into google and it usually gets you where you need to go. then you have to fiddle with it to find journal access. sometimes theres a link on the page under 'resources' or 'research'. hit sitemap first maybe it helps.

 

other times you can cheat and use google , for example, type this into google:

jama site:southfieldlibrary.org

 

and its the page that allows access.

then you can try that with your library website

jama site:yourlibrarywebsite.mi.us

 

maybe get lucky?

Also can confirm that that the library's JAMA access is for the journal only and cannot access the online-only content for this article.
