Two Patients Looking For A Caregiver Near Battle Creek

Recommended Posts

Welcome to the forums :yahoo-wave:

I won't comment on free meds as I am sure

others will :)

Cut your losses, drop that 'cg' now!

Protect yourselves 1st. and foremost, imo.

Family drama rarely changes for the better.

You sound like you know your needs.

I am confident you will find a compassionate

caregiver here.  Patience grasshopper.

I get free rent were i live now and there is no basement or any extra space to grow in. I will be growing for myself once i graduate like i did befor i moved in were i live. once you have a caregiver you give them the right to grow your plants for you.

When you choose a designated caregiver, don't you give up your rights to get flowers from anyone else?  Thanks

NO you dont give up any rights....

A patient can procure meds anyway or where they want, with or without a cg.. but right now, the  only patients

that a CG can supply is there own signed /connect by registry patients...

Oh ya loose that looser CG... you don't need that crap...

In michigan you are only aloud to get your meds by growing your own or from your registered caregiver. It is illegal for any person to give or sell am marijuana unless its from your registered caregiver. Some time this month we should know more about getting person to person sales edables and concentraites.

All patients should know that the Michigan Supreme Court (in People vs. McQueen) said this:

Of course, a registered qualifying patient who acquires marijuana—whether from another registered qualifying patient or even from someone who is not entitled to possess marijuana—to alleviate his own condition can still receive immunity from arrest, prosecution, or penalty because the § 4(d) presumption cannot be rebutted on that basis.

Edited to add the rest of the quote:

In this sense, § 4 immunity is asymmetric: it allows a registered qualifying patient to obtain marijuana for his own medical use but does not allow him to transfer marijuana for another registered qualifying patient’s use.

Please read the MI Supreme Court's statement above.

If you are a caregiver with one or two openings message me. My brother and I both have are cards good for another year and a half. We are looking because neither of usee have the area to grow in our homes. I like collecting seeds from DNA Reserva Privada, cali connections, and many others so if i need to provide quality seeds to get quality meds i am willing to.
