Wait Time To Receive Certified Receipt (Green Card)

Hi - apologies if this topic is old hat, I can't find a search function.

 

I qualified for a Michigan MMJ card Saturday 9/6 at First Natural Wellness in Ann Arbor, and they said they'd send it to LARA via certified mail on Monday 9/8. I still haven't received the certified mail receipt as of Saturday 9/13. I realize this is less than a week's worth of business days, but I feel like a receipt is a fairly instant thing to send out, and I'm wondering if anyone else saw a similar delay.

 

For all I know it'll arrive tomorrow, but any advice is appreciated.

Usually within a business week are you sure they didn't put their address as the return for the confirmation proof of mailing card?

I doubt it, since my address is on the paperwork and they do this kind of thing all the time. I'll give the clinic a call if it hasn't shown up by tomorrow.

You gotta be a resident for 5 years in the US to qualify for a green card/permanent residency.

Over the last few years i have sent in many for my patients, and myself.. Usually in less than a week i see a return card.. more often than not 4 days... But i never let them (certification center) send them for me...

The average time to receive your hard card after mailing has been 10 (business) days for new patients.

my hard card did come in 10 days in august.  but only after, after lansing made more plastic from april to august.

and when lansing issued this card, it broke the string of back-to-back dates.  they didn't date it april, but AUGUST.  Two two blue doctor certs to accomplish that.

my green card came in 25 days.

i looked and it was the denial that came in 25 days, sorry.

My certified receipt just showed up—as I suspected, I was merely being impatient. Thanks folks.
