Just wondering if the doctors there give higher plant counts like they do here? Before anyone freaks out like last time I am a happy colorado caregiver and DO NOT want to move to Michigan and have no plans of doing so just have Questions to see how it is in other state I look at many states forums.

drs only give recommendations to use mmj.

 

there are no numbers given by doctors required in our law.

 

the only numbers are 12 plants per patient or caregiver (max 5 patients per cg) (protection from arrest)

and

"not more than was reasonably necessary to ensure the uninterrupted availability of marihuana" (protection from prosecution, can still be arrested)

 

basically, patients and cg are still being arrested and charged, even with cards. our laws need a few more years in the courts or competent legislators to fix the law so police understand.

 

that or we fully legalize it.
